Mini Shred Update

Ok, so I know I promised myself I would only weigh myself once a week (on Thursdays) but I was curious to see if I have made any progress considering I have done my shred four times since Friday. I am so happy to say that I have lost 7.5 pounds in just 5 days! However, I know that 7.3 of that was probably the water weight I was retaining from beginning my new healthy eating regime of 1500-1600 calories a day and drinking a ton of water (which my body was not used to). I am not going to measure myself until this Thursday but I already feel my "fat pants" getting a bit looser, yay!!!
